    Terms and Conditions

    These terms and conditions govern the collaboration between Egenbyggt Sweden AB (“Egenbyggt”) and you as an affiliate (“Affiliate”).

    1. General

    • The collaboration is based on mutual respect and responsibility.
    • By joining as an affiliate, you accept these terms and conditions.

    2. Commission

    • Commission is paid at the current percentage rate of the purchase amount, excluding VAT, on orders generated via your unique link or discount code.
    • Egenbyggt reserves the right to adjust commission levels or campaigns as needed.

    3. Payment

    • Payment is made automatically once a month via PayPal.
    • The minimum amount for payment is 50 SEK. Amounts below this threshold are saved for the next month.
    • The Affiliate is responsible for registering and updating correct PayPal information under “My Account”.

    4. Responsibility and Limitations

    • Egenbyggt may at any time and without notice suspend an affiliate for misuse, incorrect marketing, or any other reason deemed to harm Egenbyggt.
    • The Affiliate is responsible for their own marketing and for complying with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines.
    • Egenbyggt cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of income, or technical problems that may affect affiliate earnings.

    5. Validity of the Agreement

    • The agreement is valid until further notice.
    • Egenbyggt may update or change the terms at any time. Continued use of the affiliate program is considered acceptance of the new terms.
