Order confirmation and delivery

An automatic order confirmation will be sent when you have completed your order. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. There you will find information about what you bought and links to the downloadable material together with the reciept and information about your order.

The links are active for 365 days from purchase.

Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP or USD depending on your location. All prices are shown including VAT on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without any warning in order to correct any price errors. You always pay the price shown when your order is processed in checkout.

When you choose to pay with Swish, you open your Swish app and check that the pre-filled information is correct. You approve the purchase with Mobile BankID and receive a confirmation of payment immediately. The payment recipient should be “Egenbyggt Sweden AB”

Card payment/PayPal

Pay quickly and securely with PayPal. No card details are stored by Egenbyggt Sweden AB.

Right of withdrawal and complaint

We comply with the Distance Selling Act regarding a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products, but we do not offer any right of withdrawal for digital products, as they cannot be returned due to their nature.
