Order confirmation and delivery
An automatic order confirmation will be sent when you have completed your order. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. There you will find information about what you bought and links to the downloadable material together with the reciept and information about your order.
The links are active for 365 days from purchase.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Prices
Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP or USD depending on your location. All prices are shown including VAT on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without any warning in order to correct any price errors. You always pay the price shown when your order is processed in checkout.
Payment method
Swish (only in Sweden)
When you choose to pay with Swish, you open your Swish app and check that the pre-filled information is correct. You approve the purchase with Mobile BankID and receive a confirmation of payment immediately. Payee will be “Egenbyggt Sweden AB”
Card payment
We accept payments with Visa and MasterCard. No card information is saved by Egenbyggt Sweden AB but only the reference number used in the dialogue with Nets Easy, which provides the payment solution for egenbyggt.com. Nets is certified according to PCI-DSS. All communication in connection with payment is encrypted according to the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for secure transmission over the Internet.
Right of withdrawal and complaint
We follow the Swedish regulation “Distansköpslagen” with a 14-day right of withdrawal of physical products, but do not leave a right of withdrawal on our digital products as they cannot be returned due to their nature.
