    There are some common reasons for missing order e-mails:

    • The e-mail has been flagged as spam. Please look in your spam folder in your e-mail client.
    • You may have misspelled your e-mail adress in our checkout. Please reach out to us and we will correct that as soon as we can.

    Unfortunately it’s not possible for us to help out with tips and advice other that the information given och this website and in the DYI plans that we deliver. A good tip if you get stuck is to ask for a helping hand from someone close or as at the hardware store about i.e. material, tools, paint etc.
