Beautiful table and good description. However, a lounge table that stays outdoors should be built with pressure-treated materials. And 22×70 pressure-treated lumber isn’t stocked anywhere I’ve checked. For improvement potential for DIY builds, include alternative solutions where you use materials that are hard to find. For example, a viable alternative to 22×70 is 22×95 that can be ripped with a circular saw. Instead, I chose to use 28×45 and moved down the 45×45 to adjust for the 28mm thickness. 45×45 can also be replaced with 28×45 to provide more flexibility in material thickness for the tabletop.
